The seasonal energies are a bit confused at this point. The spring which was supposed to begin back in March and April, has been delayed. And this has confused the organs that are active during spring and winter.
The kidneys which are most active in winter are very exhausted at this time. They don’t like the cold. Since it’s been cold for such a long time they are more tired then usual. This has created many stresses in peoples’ bodies. This results in injuries, illnesses and strain. The cold is especially hard on the joints and the lower back.
The liver, which is active in spring, has been delayed in its energy. The recent warm temperatures gave liver energy a chance to blossom. Since it’s gotten chilly, the liver energy has been slowed down again.
Both of these organs are confused as a result of the unstable unusual weather patterns. A remedy is more rest, easy to digest foods, and Chinese medical herb formulas, along with acupuncture.
Summer energy is slowly beginning to enter in. Now all three energies will be involved. Stay alert to temperatures, humidity, and disruptions. All these factors will take a toll on the body if they are extreme. Given climate change it’s likely that these environmental factors will continue to be challenging.
Stay as balanced as possible along the way and you can avoid difficulties …
